1. Processing Time: All our products are custom-made, and the production process begins once your order is confirmed. Please allow up to 14 days for us to craft your unique item.

2. Shipping Time: After the production period, your order will be shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but typically take 3-7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders for Pakistan. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Return Policy:

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.

1. Non-Returnable Items: As each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any custom-made products.

2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number, to process a replacement or refund.

3. Order Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order on 0300-2590013. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
